ORWAK 3500 – a powerful vertical baler for large volumes of waste
ORWAK 3500 is a heavy-duty vertical baler designed to compact large volumes of cardboard, paper, shredded paper and plastic film. With a pressing force of 50 tonnes / 500 kN, it produces dense cardboard bales weighing up to 500 kg.
Alongside vertical balers, horizontal balers, packaging material recycling machines, briquetting presses and strapping, it supports efficient waste handling.

Operation monitoring with Orwak Connect
The control module records operating data and monitors machine parameters. With the optional Orwak Connect service activated, operators can remotely check machine status, alerts, operating statistics and maintenance information.
Controlled handling of expanding materials
A pawl-and-wheel door locking system helps ensure controlled door opening when compressing materials that may expand after pressing. The machine is designed in accordance with EN 16500:2014.
