How to Shop

Our B2B e-shop is primarily intended for companies, sole traders, manufacturing businesses, warehouses, logistics centres and online retailers. To view prices and place an order, you need to create a business account or log in to your existing customer account.

B2B Customer Registration After registering and logging in, you will gain access to prices, product availability and the option to place orders.
Professional Advice We will help you select suitable packaging machines, packaging materials and accessories according to the requirements of your operation.
Individual Cooperation For regular customers and larger orders, we can provide individual pricing and delivery conditions.

1. Registration or Login

Our online shop operates as a B2B e-shop. Product prices, the option to add products to the shopping basket and the ability to place an order are available only to registered and logged-in customers.

If you do not yet have a customer account, create an account and provide the required company and contact details. Registration allows us to correctly set up your billing information, commercial terms and communication related to your orders.

If you already have an account, log in using your email address and password. Once you have successfully logged in, product prices and all available purchasing options will be displayed.

Important: Product prices are not displayed without registration and login, and an order cannot be completed.

2. Entering Your Company Details

When registering, please ensure that all company details are entered correctly and completely. We use this information for issuing tax documents, processing orders and delivering goods.

When registering or placing an order, please provide in particular:

  • company name or sole trader’s name,
  • Company ID number,
  • Tax ID and VAT ID, where applicable,
  • billing address,
  • delivery address, if different from the billing address,
  • contact person’s name,
  • telephone number,
  • email address.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays in processing the order or issuing the invoice.

3. Customer Account Approval

Some customer accounts may be subject to verification or approval by the operator. Verification may include checking the accuracy of company details, the validity of the Company ID number or the authority to act on behalf of the company concerned.

Once your account has been approved, you can use all functions of the B2B e-shop. If necessary, a member of our team may contact you to request additional information.

The operator reserves the right not to approve, to suspend or to cancel a registration if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse of the customer account.

4. Finding the Right Product

You can search for products using the main menu, individual product categories, filters or the search field.

Our product range primarily includes packaging technologies, packaging materials, consumables, accessories and spare parts for professional use.

For each product, we aim to provide the information required to make the right choice, including:

  • product description and intended use,
  • technical specifications,
  • dimensions and weight,
  • available variants,
  • packaging and minimum order quantity,
  • stock availability information,
  • recommended accessories or consumables.

For packaging machines and technically more complex products, we recommend consulting our sales or technical department before placing an order to ensure that the equipment is suitable for your application.

5. Viewing Prices

Product prices are available only to logged-in B2B customers. Once logged in, current prices will be displayed according to the settings of your customer account.

Depending on the product and e-shop settings, prices may be shown excluding VAT, including VAT or in both formats. The final order price is always shown in the shopping basket and in the order summary before the order is submitted.

For regular purchases, larger quantities or individual projects, special commercial terms or individual prices may be agreed.

The price displayed after login may not include transport, installation, commissioning, operator training or other individual services unless otherwise stated for the product.

6. Selecting the Variant and Quantity

Some products are available in multiple dimensions, versions, colours, thicknesses, widths or technical variants. Before adding a product to the shopping basket, make sure you have selected the correct option.

Then enter the required quantity. Some products may have a minimum order quantity or may only be sold as a complete pack, carton, pallet or another sales unit.

If you need to order a quantity that cannot be selected directly in the e-shop, please contact us. We will be happy to check availability and prepare an individual quotation.

7. Adding a Product to the Shopping Basket

After selecting the required product, variant and quantity, click the button to add the product to your shopping basket.

In the shopping basket, you can:

  • check the selected products,
  • change the ordered quantity,
  • remove unwanted items,
  • check prices and VAT,
  • verify expected availability,
  • continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Before proceeding, we recommend checking all items, their variants, quantities and any applicable minimum order requirements.

8. Checking Billing and Delivery Details

During the checkout process, check the billing details stored in your customer account.

If the goods are to be delivered to a different address, enter a separate delivery address. For deliveries to an industrial site, warehouse or logistics centre, we also recommend providing:

  • the name of the contact person responsible for receiving the delivery,
  • a direct telephone number,
  • the name of the facility or warehouse,
  • gate, hall or loading bay number,
  • any time restrictions for receiving goods,
  • information about the availability of handling equipment.

For heavy or oversized goods, it may be necessary to provide a forklift truck, loading dock or other handling equipment.

9. Selecting the Delivery Method

Available delivery methods are displayed according to the dimensions, weight and type of products, as well as the value of the order.

Your order may be delivered by:

  • courier service,
  • pallet or freight transport,
  • contracted carrier,
  • W RENT’s own transport,
  • personal collection, if this option is available.

The delivery price may be calculated directly during checkout or determined individually after the dimensions and weight of the shipment have been verified.

For packaging machines, palletised shipments, oversized or heavy goods, the delivery method and price may only be confirmed after the order has been processed.

10. Selecting the Payment Method

Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process. The available options may depend on the type of customer, order value, history of cooperation and the nature of the goods being ordered.

Orders may be paid for by:

  • bank transfer based on a proforma invoice,
  • bank transfer after a tax invoice has been issued,
  • invoice with an agreed payment term for approved partners,
  • another payment method displayed during the checkout process.

For first orders, custom-made products, packaging machines or higher-value products, full or partial payment in advance may be required.

11. Submitting Your Order

Before submitting your order, check the complete order summary. In particular, verify the ordered products, quantities, prices, billing and delivery details, delivery method and payment method.

By submitting the order, you confirm that the information provided is correct and that you agree to the current terms and conditions.

Once the order has been successfully submitted, the system will send an automatic confirmation of receipt to the email address associated with your customer account.

The automatic confirmation of receipt does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. We may subsequently review the order and confirm product availability, delivery costs or the delivery time.

12. Order Processing and Confirmation

After receiving your order, we will check product availability, the accuracy of the information provided and the available delivery options.

If necessary, we will contact you, particularly if:

  • the ordered product variant needs to be clarified,
  • the ordered quantity is not available,
  • an individual delivery price needs to be determined,
  • the product requires professional consultation,
  • the machine or equipment is manufactured or configured to order,
  • installation, training or commissioning needs to be arranged.

Once the order has been confirmed, we will inform you of the expected dispatch or delivery date.

13. Availability and Delivery Times

Stock availability information displayed for a product is indicative unless otherwise stated.

We aim to dispatch products marked as in stock as quickly as possible. For products supplied to order, custom-made products or technical equipment, the delivery time depends on the specific product, manufacturer and required configuration.

If an order cannot be delivered within the expected time, we will contact you and provide a new delivery date or suggest a suitable alternative.

14. Delivery and Receipt of Goods

When receiving a shipment, check the condition of the outer packaging, the number of packages and any visible damage.

If the shipment is damaged, incomplete or shows signs of improper handling, record this information on the carrier’s delivery document and, depending on the extent of the damage, do not accept the shipment.

We recommend documenting any damage with photographs and contacting us immediately. Prompt documentation makes it significantly easier to resolve a damage claim with the carrier.

When receiving a machine or technical equipment, also check the supplied accessories and documentation.

15. Invoice and Order Documentation

The tax invoice will be issued using the billing details provided in your customer account or order.

The invoice may be sent electronically to your email address or provided by another agreed method.

Depending on the type of product, the delivery may also include additional documentation, such as:

  • delivery note,
  • operating instructions,
  • technical data sheet,
  • warranty certificate,
  • declaration of conformity,
  • service or installation documentation.

16. Order History and Repeat Purchases

After logging in to your customer account, you may have access to an overview of previous orders, saved information and other details related to your purchases.

Your customer account makes it easier to place repeat orders for consumable materials such as stretch film, adhesive tapes, strapping, cardboard boxes, protective packaging or spare parts.

When placing a repeat order, we recommend always checking the current price, availability and technical specifications of the product.

17. Individual Quotation

For larger quantities, regular deliveries, technical projects or the purchase of packaging machines, we will be happy to prepare an individual quotation.

To prepare a quotation, please provide us with:

  • the required product or a description of the required solution,
  • expected quantity,
  • frequency of purchase,
  • type of product being packed,
  • required machine output,
  • delivery location,
  • requirements for installation, service or training.

Based on this information, we will recommend a suitable solution and prepare a commercial offer tailored to your operation.

18. Purchasing Packaging Machines and Technologies

When purchasing a packaging machine, we recommend considering more than just its purchase price. Performance, material consumption, compatibility with the products being packed, service availability and the possibility of future expansion are also important.

Before ordering a machine, we can assess:

  • the type and dimensions of the product being packed,
  • the weight of the shipment or pallet,
  • the number of packages per hour or work shift,
  • the required level of automation,
  • available space within the operation,
  • packaging materials currently used,
  • integration with existing conveyors or production lines.

For selected technologies, we provide transport, installation, commissioning, operator training, warranty service and post-warranty service.

19. Professional Advice

If you are unsure which product to choose, please contact us before submitting your order.

We will help you select the right solution according to:

  • the type of product being packed,
  • the weight and dimensions of the shipment,
  • daily or monthly packaging volume,
  • storage and transport methods,
  • the required level of product protection,
  • the required level of automation,
  • your operating budget.

Choosing the right equipment or packaging material can significantly reduce material consumption, speed up dispatch and minimise product damage during transport.

20. Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether a change is possible depends on the current stage of order processing.

As a rule, an order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been dispatched, once the goods have been ordered from the manufacturer or once production of a product customised according to the customer’s individual requirements has begun.

Changing the quantity, delivery address or technical configuration may result in changes to the price and delivery time.

21. Custom-Made or Customised Products

Some products, such as custom printed adhesive tapes, packaging with individual dimensions, special packaging materials or configured machines, are manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements.

For these products, approval of artwork, technical specifications, samples or production documentation may be required.

Production will begin only after all parameters have been approved and the agreed payment conditions have been fulfilled.

22. Complaints and Service

If a defect occurs in a delivered product, please follow the applicable complaint and warranty conditions.

When submitting a complaint, provide the order or invoice number, product identification, a description of the problem and, where possible, photographs or video.

For packaging machines and equipment, we recommend that you do not interfere with the machine’s construction or electrical components without first consulting a service technician. Unauthorised intervention may result in damage to the equipment or loss of warranty coverage.

23. Customer Account Security

Protect your customer account login details against misuse and do not provide them to unauthorised persons.

The account holder is responsible for all orders placed through the customer account unless misuse of the account has been proven.

If you suspect that an unauthorised person has gained access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us.
