HSM V-Press 860 L – a vertical baler designed for handling bales without pallets
HSM V-Press 860 L is a powerful vertical baler for facilities that handle large volumes of waste. Its specially designed press chamber forms bales with a recess that allows them to be lifted by forklift without a pallet.
Alongside vertical balers, horizontal balers, packaging material recycling machines, strapping and pallets, it supports efficient waste handling.
Pressing power for large waste volumes
A pressing force of 594 kN compacts cardboard, paper, plastic film and other packaging materials into bales weighing up to 460 kg. Compact bales take up less storage space and are easier to prepare for transport.
Pallet-free bale handling
The press chamber creates a recess in each bale so a forklift can lift it without a pallet. This can reduce pallet use and simplify storage and handling.
Simple controls and safe operation
The press cycle starts automatically when the door is closed. A membrane keypad with display and a cycle time of approximately 25 seconds support everyday operation. Safety switches, open-door detection and an emergency stop help protect the operator.
