ORWAK POWER 3820 – a vertical baler for large volumes of waste
ORWAK POWER 3820 is a powerful vertical baler for facilities that handle large amounts of cardboard and plastic waste. Its extra-wide feed opening allows operators to load large packaging without cutting it into smaller pieces first.

Extra-wide feed opening
The 1800 × 630 mm feed opening makes it easier to load large cardboard boxes and bulky packaging. Less preparation of the material can save operators time during daily waste handling.
Black Star hydraulic technology
Black Star Technology helps maintain pressing performance throughout the cycle and makes effective use of hydraulic pressure. A 1000 mm ram stroke helps form dense bales for storage and transport.
LP mode for plastic film
In LP mode, the baler holds the material under pressure for up to five minutes. This gives air more time to escape from plastic film and helps produce denser bales.
Large bales for efficient handling
A pressing force of 260 kN / 26 tonnes compacts cardboard, paper and plastic packaging into bales measuring 1500 × 800 × 1140 mm. Cardboard bales can weigh up to approximately 500 kg, depending on the material.
Quiet, straightforward operation
With a noise level of no more than 65 dB(A), the machine is suitable for indoor facilities. Its controls are designed to make everyday operation straightforward.
