ORWAK MULTI 9020S – a multi-chamber baler for high volumes of waste
ORWAK MULTI 9020S is a vertical baler designed for facilities handling large volumes of waste. Its multiple chambers allow cardboard, plastics and metal packaging to be sorted and compacted at one workstation.

Pressing power for demanding facilities
With a pressing force of 200 kN / 20 tonnes and a large feed opening, the baler can handle bulky materials with less preparation. It produces bales measuring 1100 × 700 × 800 mm. Depending on the material, bale weights can reach approximately 200 kg for cardboard and 300 kg for plastics.
Keep loading while another chamber is pressed
The multi-chamber system allows operators to fill one chamber while material in another is being compacted. It supports a steady workflow and makes it easier to keep different waste streams separate.

Safety features
The baler is designed in accordance with EN 16500:2014. Its features include a safety brake to prevent unintended movement of the press head, a chamber fill indicator and a controlled press cycle. It also has an IP55 protection rating and a noise level of no more than 72 dB(A).
