ORWAK MULTI 5070 – sorting and compacting waste in one place
ORWAK MULTI 5070 is a multi-chamber vertical baler that allows different types of waste to be sorted and compacted at the same workstation. Each chamber can be assigned to a separate material, making waste separation easier where it is produced.

Separate materials with multiple chambers
The ORWAK MULTI 5070 can use different chambers for cardboard, paper, plastic film, plastic packaging or small metal items. Sorting and compacting materials in one location reduces the need to move loose waste between work areas.
Modular design
The modular system can be configured with additional chambers to suit the materials handled by a facility. This allows the waste sorting area to be adapted as operational needs change.
Compact, stable bales
An extended ram stroke helps compact materials into bales measuring 700 × 500 × 700 mm. Depending on the material, bale weights can reach approximately 50 kg for cardboard and 80 kg for plastics.
Convenient loading and handling
Top loading allows operators to add material to each chamber. A bale trolley is included to help move finished bales.
Suitable for indoor facilities
The baler operates at a noise level of no more than 70 dB(A) and uses a 230 V power supply. Its IP55 protection rating supports use in demanding working environments.
