ORWAK 3220 – a compact vertical baler for cardboard and plastic waste
ORWAK 3220 is a vertical baler designed to compact cardboard, paper, plastic film and other packaging waste. Its low overall height makes it suitable for facilities with limited headroom, including warehouses, shops, logistics centres and manufacturing sites.
Alongside vertical balers, horizontal balers, packaging material recycling machines, cardboard boxes and stretch film, it supports efficient waste handling.
Compact size and strong pressing force
Despite its low height, the ORWAK 3220 delivers a pressing force of 18 tonnes / 180 kN. It produces bales weighing up to 250 kg for cardboard and 290 kg for plastic film, reducing the space needed to store waste before collection.
Operation monitoring with Orwak Connect
The baler has a control module that records operating data. When the optional Orwak Connect service is activated, operators can monitor machine status, full bales, operating statistics and maintenance information in real time.
Fast cycle and quiet operation
A press cycle takes just 16 seconds, allowing waste to be processed quickly throughout the working day. A noise level of no more than 65 dB(A) also makes the machine suitable for indoor workplaces.
