Automatic continuous packaging machine for large products
Ultra Sealer 70 HSS is a professional automatic continuous packaging machine designed for packaging products of unrestricted length in shrink film. Its larger sealing bar, robust construction and fully automatic operating cycle make it ideal for demanding manufacturing facilities, logistics centres and automated packaging lines.
For high-quality packaging results, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.
Continuous packaging without length restrictions
Ultra Sealer 70 HSS can package products of virtually unrestricted length. It is suitable for long products, profiles, strips, panels, textiles, technical components and grouped packages while helping to reduce film consumption and minimise waste.
Fully automatic operating cycle
Products are automatically fed by conveyor into the packaging area, where photocells detect their position and initiate the packaging process. Film unwinding, cross sealing, side sealing and discharge of the finished package are performed without operator intervention.
Precise sealing at high speed
The cross-sealing bar with a PTFE coating, combined with hot-blade side sealing, creates a strong, clean and neat seal. Thanks to the larger 700 mm sealing bar, the machine is also suitable for bulkier products.
Modern FLXMOD® control system
The FLXMOD® control system with a touchscreen allows all essential packaging parameters to be configured easily. The operator can adjust the conveyor speed, sealing time and other functions and store up to 20 operating programs.
Wide range of applications
Ultra Sealer 70 HSS is suitable for packaging food products, cosmetics, household and personal care products, electronics, printed materials, textiles, plastic products, industrial components and grouped products. When combined with a shrink tunnel, it creates a high-performance automatic packaging line.
