Automatic continuous packaging machine with BOX MOTION technology
Ultra Sealer 50 SM is an advanced automatic continuous packaging machine equipped with BOX MOTION technology, enabling exceptionally fast, precise and smooth packaging of products without length restrictions. It is designed for modern manufacturing plants, logistics centres and automated packaging lines with the most demanding performance, quality and reliability requirements.
For the best packaging results, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.
BOX MOTION technology for maximum productivity
The patented BOX MOTION technology synchronises the movement of the cross-sealing bar with the product during sealing. This enables exceptionally high packaging speeds without compromising seal quality or packaging precision.
Continuous packaging without length restrictions
Ultra Sealer 50 SM enables the continuous packaging of products of any length. It is ideal for packaging profiles, strips, panels, textiles, construction materials, grouped products and other long or bulky items.
Fully automatic operation
Products are automatically fed by conveyor into the packaging area, where photocells detect their position and initiate the complete operating cycle. Film feeding, cross sealing, side sealing and discharge of the finished package are performed without operator intervention, significantly increasing the productivity of the entire line.
Precise sealing at extremely high speeds
The cross-sealing bar with a PTFE coating, combined with a hot-blade side-sealing system, creates strong, clean and neat seals even at maximum production speeds. Electronic film-tension control ensures consistent packaging quality across different types of products.
Intelligent FLXMOD® control system
The FLXMOD® control system with PLC and a 7" colour touchscreen allows all machine parameters to be configured easily. The operator can store up to 20 operating programs, significantly reducing changeover times between different products.

Ultra Sealer 50 SM is suitable for packaging food products, cosmetics, household and personal care products, electronics, printed materials, plastic products, textiles, technical components and industrial goods.
