High-speed automatic packaging machine for continuous operation
Ultra Sealer 50 HSS is an advanced automatic continuous packaging machine designed for high-speed packaging of products of unrestricted length in shrink film. Its cross-sealing and side-sealing systems, high operating speed and fully automatic cycle make it an ideal solution for manufacturing plants, logistics centres and automated packaging lines with the most demanding productivity requirements.
For the best packaging results, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.
Continuous packaging without length restrictions
Continuous side-sealing technology enables products of virtually unrestricted length to be packaged without interrupting the operating cycle. Ultra Sealer 50 HSS is therefore ideal for packaging profiles, strips, panels, textiles, long industrial components and grouped products.
Fully automatic operation
Products are automatically fed by conveyor into the packaging area, where photocells detect their position and initiate the entire packaging process. Film unwinding, cross sealing, side sealing and discharge of the finished package are performed automatically without operator intervention, significantly reducing labour costs.
Maximum sealing speed and precision
The cross-sealing bar with a PTFE coating, together with the hot-blade side-sealing system, creates strong, clean and neat seals even at maximum production speeds. Electronically controlled movement of the sealing mechanisms ensures highly consistent packaging results.
Modern FLXMOD® control system
The FLXMOD® control system with a colour touchscreen allows all operating parameters to be configured easily. The operator can adjust the conveyor speed, sealing times and other functions and store up to 20 operating programs for different products.

Ultra Sealer 50 HSS is suitable for packaging food products, cosmetics, household and personal care products, printed materials, electronics, plastic products, textiles, technical components and industrial goods. When combined with a shrink tunnel, it creates a high-performance automatic packaging line.
