Automatic continuous packaging machine for high productivity
Ultra Sealer 50 HSE is a professional automatic continuous packaging machine designed for packaging products of unrestricted length in shrink film. Its cross-sealing and side-sealing systems make it an ideal solution for manufacturers, logistics centres and packaging facilities with demanding requirements for performance, quality and reliability.
For maximum packaging quality, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.
Continuous packaging without product-length restrictions
Ultra Sealer 50 HSE enables the continuous packaging of products of any length without interrupting the operating cycle. This technology is ideal for long products, profiles, panels, strips, textiles and grouped packages while minimising film consumption.
Fully automatic packaging process
Products are automatically fed by conveyor into the packaging area, where photocells detect their presence and initiate the complete operating cycle. Film unwinding, cross sealing, side sealing and discharge of the packaged product are performed entirely automatically without operator intervention.
Precise sealing at high speeds
The cross-sealing bar with a Teflon-coated blade, combined with hot-blade side sealing, ensures strong, clean and reliable film closure even at maximum production speeds. The result is attractive packaging with a highly durable seal.
Modern FLXMOD® control system
The FLXMOD® control system with a colour touchscreen allows all machine parameters to be adjusted precisely. The operator can easily regulate the conveyor speed, sealing time and other functions and store up to 20 operating programs for different types of products.
Wide range of applications
Ultra Sealer 50 HSE is suitable for packaging food products, cosmetics, household and personal care products, electronics, printed materials, textiles, plastic products and industrial components. When combined with a shrink tunnel, it creates a complete automatic packaging line with high productivity.
