Transpak TP-502 is a reliable semi-automatic strapping machine designed for strapping cardboard boxes, printed materials, paper products and other items using PP (polypropylene) strapping. Thanks to its special SOFT mode, it is an ideal solution for delicate products that require secure strapping without damaging the packaging or the product itself.
The machine uses a reliable heat seal that creates a strong joint and ensures the safe handling and transport of packaged products.

SOFT mode for delicate products
The TP-502 features a special SOFT mode that enables gentle strap tensioning without deforming the packaged product. It is therefore particularly suitable for strapping:

Electronic strap-tension adjustment allows the tension to be adapted easily according to the type of product being packaged.
Simple operation and fast strapping
The operator places the product on the worktable, wraps the strap around it and inserts its end into the guide opening. The machine then automatically performs the strap tensioning, heat sealing, strap cutting and feeding of a new length of strap for the next operating cycle.
Once strapping is complete, the machine is immediately ready for the next cycle, significantly accelerating product packaging.
