Transpak TP-202L is a low-level semi-automatic strapping machine designed for strapping cardboard boxes, packages and other products using PP (polypropylene) strapping. Its archless design enables flexible strapping of products with different dimensions without restrictions imposed by the size of an arch.

The low working height facilitates the handling of heavier or bulkier consignments and provides a more ergonomic working position for the operator. The machine is an ideal choice for warehouses, logistics centres, manufacturing facilities and e-commerce businesses.

Simple and fast operation

The operator places the package on the worktable, manually wraps the strap around the product and inserts its end into the guide opening. The machine then automatically performs the strap tensioning, heat sealing, strap cutting and feeding of a new length of strap for the next operating cycle.

Thanks to this automatic process, the machine is immediately ready for the next strapping cycle, significantly accelerating product packaging.
