TP-502MVB is a mobile vertical strapping machine designed for the efficient strapping of palletised goods using PP strapping. Thanks to its battery power supply, it provides maximum mobility and enables pallets to be strapped anywhere in a warehouse, logistics centre or production hall without requiring a mains power connection.
It is an ideal solution for operations where pallets are located in different areas and moving them to stationary strapping equipment would be inefficient. The machine significantly speeds up the load-securing process and reduces the operator’s physical effort.
Complete mobility without a power cable
The TP-502MVB is equipped with a powerful 12 V VRLA battery that enables independent operation without a mains power connection. This allows the machine to be used directly at loading bays, in production halls or in large warehouses.
Its mobile construction enables the machine to be moved easily between individual workstations and significantly increases the flexibility of logistics processes.
Secure vertical pallet strapping
The machine uses a side-mounted strapping head and a reliable heat seal that creates a strong joint without requiring metal seals. The adjustable strap tension ranging from 8 to 70 kg enables different load types to be secured optimally.
