TP-502MV is a mobile vertical strapping machine designed for the efficient strapping of palletised goods using PP strapping. Thanks to its mobile construction and integrated strap-feeding system, it enables pallets to be secured quickly directly in a warehouse, logistics centre or production facility.
The machine is equipped with a folding bayonet that automatically guides the strap underneath the pallet without requiring manual insertion. This system significantly speeds up the entire strapping process while reducing the operator’s physical effort.
Fast and efficient pallet strapping
The TP-502MV enables vertical pallet strapping, ensuring that the load remains securely fastened during handling, storage and transport. The complete strapping cycle, including strap feeding, tensioning, sealing and cutting, takes approximately 18 seconds.
The strap is joined using a reliable heat seal, creating a strong connection without requiring metal seals.
Simple operation and high productivity
The operator simply positions the machine next to the pallet and inserts the bayonet underneath it. Once the cycle is activated, the machine automatically guides the strap underneath the pallet. After being placed around the load, the strap is inserted back into the machine, which tensions, seals and cuts it.
Once the cycle has been completed, the device is immediately ready for the next strapping operation, significantly increasing operational efficiency.
