SmartWasp X0MS – intelligent pallet wrapping machine
The SmartWasp X0MS is a modern wrapping machine designed for fast, precise and reliable wrapping of palletised goods using LLDPE stretch film. It provides effective protection against dust, moisture and mechanical damage during storage and transport.
The machine is suitable for manufacturing plants, logistics centres, the food industry, glass manufacturing, electrical engineering, the paper industry and ceramics production. Thanks to automatic film pre-stretch and intelligent control, it delivers highly efficient wrapping while significantly reducing stretch film consumption.

How it works
Once the pallet has been placed on the turntable, the operator attaches the stretch film and selects the required programme. The machine automatically performs the entire wrapping cycle, including pallet rotation and film carriage movement. Once the cycle is complete, the pallet is ready for dispatch or storage.
New-generation film carriage
The new mechanically robust film carriage makes it easier to adjust the film tension using an ergonomic control. Continuously variable adjustment ensures that the stretch film is applied consistently across the entire height of the pallet.
Six stored programmes
The operator can save up to six frequently used wrapping programmes. This makes repeated wrapping of different pallet types faster and easier.
PCB control system
The integrated PCB control system with four independent processors ensures stable operation, easy maintenance and high machine reliability, even during intensive use.
Durable construction
The aluminium mast is manufactured as a single-piece structure, providing excellent strength and a long service life. The dual-chain lifting system increases safety and ensures smooth film carriage movement throughout the wrapping cycle.
