The Smart Wasp X1000mp is a modern rotary-arm wrapping machine designed for wrapping unstable, tall, lightweight and extremely heavy pallet loads. With this system, the arm carrying the stretch film rotates while the pallet remains stationary on the floor.
This ensures maximum stability, safety and wrapping consistency. The machine is particularly suitable for products that must not rotate during wrapping, could be damaged by rotation or are too heavy for conventional turntable machines. When combined with high-quality stretch film, it provides reliable protection during storage and transport.

How it works
Once the pallet has been placed in the wrapping area, the operator starts the selected wrapping programme. The rotary arm moves around the pallet and applies the stretch film according to the configured settings. The load remains stable and stationary throughout the process and is wrapped consistently.
Depending on the operating conditions and machine settings, the machine can wrap approximately 25–30 pallets per hour, making it an efficient solution for regular professional pallet wrapping.
