Fully automatic Smart Wrap X100 pallet wrapping machine
The Smart Wrap X100 is a fully automatic wrapping machine designed for the efficient packaging of palletised goods using LLDPE stretch film. It provides secure, consistent and stable pallet wrapping without the need for manual operator intervention.
The machine is an ideal solution for production lines, warehouses, logistics centres and industrial facilities where high wrapping repeatability, labour savings and consistent pallet packaging quality are required.

Automated wrapping without operator intervention
The Smart Wrap X100 automatically performs film clamping, pallet wrapping, film cutting and final film sealing. A photoelectric sensor automatically detects the pallet height and adjusts the wrapping cycle according to the current load.
The Siemens PLC control system and frequency inverter ensure smooth operation, precise control and soft starting and stopping. This ensures safe wrapping even for tall or less stable pallets.
Stretch film savings through pre-stretching
The film pre-stretch system stretches the film by up to 200–300%, significantly reducing packaging material consumption. The film remains evenly tensioned throughout the wrapping process, ensuring secure load containment and pallet stability during transport and storage.
The electronically adjustable wrapping force allows the wrapping process to be adapted to the type of goods, pallet weight and required load stability.
Intelligent features for modern operations
The machine provides multi-layer wrapping settings, reinforcement of selected pallet areas and intelligent operation control via a touchscreen. In the event of an alarm or malfunction, the system can display troubleshooting instructions for the operator.
LED indicators provide clear information about the machine status, including readiness, wrapping cycle and alarm conditions. Optional features include wireless start, an integrated weighing module and a top press for stabilising lightweight and tall pallets.
