Automatic SmartWasp X100 pallet wrapping machine
The SmartWasp X100 is a professional automatic wrapping machine designed for the efficient wrapping of pallets with stretch film. Thanks to its fully automatic operating cycle, intelligent control and high reliability, it is an ideal solution for manufacturing plants, logistics centres, distribution warehouses and the food industry.
The machine uses LLDPE stretch film to ensure pallet load stability during handling, storage and transport. Automatic film cutting at the end of the cycle eliminates the need for manual operator intervention and significantly speeds up the entire wrapping process.
For maximum protection of your goods, we also recommend using stretch film, protective corner profiles, void-fill material or high-quality adhesive tapes.
Fully automatic wrapping without operator intervention
The SmartWasp X100 performs the entire wrapping process automatically. Once the programme is started, it wraps the pallet, cuts the film and prepares the machine for the next operating cycle. The operator therefore does not need to cut or secure the film manually after wrapping.
Automatic film cutting significantly reduces wrapping time, increases productivity and minimises the physical effort required from employees.
Film pre-stretch of up to 380%
The high-performance pre-stretch system allows the stretch film to be stretched by up to 380%, significantly reducing packaging material consumption and operating costs. Intelligent control ensures consistent film tension throughout the entire wrapping process.
Intelligent Siemens control system
The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system, high-quality components from SICK, AUTONICS, WEIDMÜLLER and OMRON, and a modern touchscreen display. Operation is intuitive and allows all wrapping parameters to be configured easily.
The multi-layer function allows different film tension levels and numbers of rotations to be set for individual sections of the pallet, providing even greater load stability.
