New R600 robotic pallet wrapping machine

The R600 by Smart Wasp is a modern mobile robotic wrapping machine designed for automatically wrapping pallets with stretch film. Thanks to its autonomous movement around the pallet, the load does not need to be moved onto a turntable, significantly simplifying the wrapping of heavy, tall or non-standard pallets.

The machine is suitable for logistics centres, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, the food and beverage industries, pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals and mechanical engineering. For secure and high-quality wrapping, we recommend using professional stretch film.

Mobile wrapping without load weight restrictions

The R600 moves directly around the pallet and is therefore not limited by a turntable’s load capacity. This makes it suitable for wrapping extremely heavy pallets, oversized loads and irregularly shaped products.

Film savings through high pre-stretch

Depending on the configuration, the R600 robotic wrapping machine provides film pre-stretch of up to 300–500%. This significantly reduces packaging material consumption while increasing pallet stability during transport and storage.

GuideWasp™ AI assistant

The intelligent GuideWasp™ assistant supports the operator with machine settings, diagnostics and real-time troubleshooting. The machine provides up to 12 pre-programmed wrapping recipes for different load types, including cylindrical, irregular and heavy pallets.

FastWasp™ power system

The FastWasp™ system allows the battery to be replaced in approximately 60 seconds. Selected versions are equipped with two batteries and a portable replacement trolley, enabling continuous operation without unnecessary downtime.

SafeWasp™ 3.0 radar system

The SafeWasp™ 3.0 safety system uses radar sensors, LED indicators and mechanical safety features. This multi-layer protection helps prevent collisions and increases operator safety during wrapping.
