New R600 robotic pallet wrapper

R600 by Smart Wasp is a modern mobile robotic pallet wrapper designed for automatic pallet wrapping using stretch film. Thanks to its autonomous movement around the pallet, there is no need to move the load onto a turntable, significantly simplifying the wrapping of heavy, tall or irregular pallets.

The machine is suitable for logistics centres, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical, textile and chemical industries, as well as machinery manufacturing. For high-quality and stable wrapping, we recommend using professional stretch film.

Mobility and wrapping without weight limitations

The R600 moves directly around the pallet and is therefore not limited by the load capacity of a turntable. This makes it suitable for wrapping extremely heavy pallets, oversized loads and irregularly shaped products.

Film savings through high pre-stretching

The R600 robotic pallet wrapper offers a high film pre-stretch level of up to 300–500%, depending on the selected configuration. This significantly reduces packaging material consumption while improving pallet stability during transport and storage.

GuideWasp™ AI assistant

The intelligent GuideWasp™ assistant supports operators with setup, diagnostics and real-time troubleshooting. The machine offers up to 12 pre-programmed wrapping recipes for different load types, including cylindrical, irregular and heavy pallets.

FastWasp™ power system

The FastWasp™ system enables the battery to be replaced in approximately 60 seconds. Selected versions are equipped with two batteries and a portable battery trolley, enabling continuous operation without unnecessary downtime.

SafeWasp™ 3.0 radar system

The SafeWasp™ 3.0 safety system uses radar sensors, LED indicators and mechanical safety features. This multi-layered protection helps prevent collisions and improves operator safety during wrapping.
