Accessories
Machine anchoring
Standard floor anchoring
The most stable solution – the machine is securely anchored directly to the floor, ensuring maximum stability during operation.
Mobile base with castors
The machine can be mounted on a mobile base equipped with braked castors. This solution makes it easy to move the machine within the facility as needed.
Water-resistant stabilising base (1200 × 800 mm)
If floor anchoring is not possible or desirable, the machine can be placed on a special 1200 × 800 mm stabilising base. The base provides high stability without modifying the floor and also protects the surface beneath the machine. It is also suitable for areas with higher humidity.
Wrapping table
Both manual and motorised versions allow the standard S-type wrapping table to be replaced with a variant better suited to the shape, dimensions and type of shipment. This allows the machine to be adapted to specific operating requirements.
N – Narrow
Suitable for wrapping smaller shipments with side lengths from 100 mm. An ideal solution for compact packages and smaller goods.
S – Standard (TOP)
Universal version for standard wrapping of shipments with side lengths from 200 mm. The most commonly used configuration.
L – Long
Designed for wrapping larger shipments, especially when using 500 mm wide stretch film.
E – Extended
Specialised table for wrapping bagged products such as animal feed, fertilisers and other bulk goods.
LE – Double-sided extended
Suitable for wrapping long bagged shipments, enabling efficient use of 500 mm stretch film and providing increased stability during wrapping.
For tyres and round items
Special version designed for wrapping tyres and other round or rotating items that require stable positioning during the wrapping process.
Stretch film dispenser
.jpg)
Stretch film is the basis of strong, compact packaging. Choosing the correct dispenser width affects wrapping speed, material consumption and the final stability of the shipment.
The wrapping machine is supplied as standard with a dispenser for 250 mm wide film, which can be replaced with a 125 mm or 500 mm version, or a dispenser for coreless film, depending on the goods being wrapped.
125 mm – precise and economical wrapping
- suitable for smaller packages
- lower material consumption
- ideal for lightweight shipments
250 mm – universal solution (recommended)
- most commonly used width
- suitable for most shipments
- optimal balance between speed and film consumption
500 mm – speed and maximum stability
- suitable for large or heavy packages
- fewer rotations = faster wrapping
- stronger load securing
Coreless film dispenser
| Parameter | 125 mm | 250 mm | 500 mm* |
| Film thickness | 10–23 μm | 10–23 μm | 10–17 μm |
| Maximum roll weight | 3.0 kg | 2.5 kg | 2.5 kg |
| Core inner diameter | 50 mm | 50 mm | 50 mm |
| Core wall thickness | 7–10 mm | 7–10 mm | 7–10 mm |

| Available colours | Transparent / Black / White | Transparent / Black / White | Transparent / Black / White |
* To use 500 mm wide film, the L (Long) wrapping table is required.
* When using the 500 mm stretch film dispenser, no additional dispensers can be installed at the same time (125/250 mm stretch film, adhesive tape dispenser or bubble film dispenser).
* 500 mm film dispensers cannot be used with the following models:
- WR 1050 T
- WR 1400 T
- WR 1050 M / WR 1400 M with an installed output roller conveyor
Bubble film dispenser

The bubble film dispenser adds a cushioning protective layer to the wrapping process, significantly improving shipment protection during handling and transport.
It is available as an optional accessory and allows the protective layer to be applied directly during wrapping without additional handling.
Available widths
- 250 mm – suitable for small and medium-sized shipments
- 500 mm – ideal for larger or heavier packages
| Film width | 250 / 500 * mm |
| Maximum roll diameter | 500 mm |
| Film thickness | 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 μm |
| Core – inner Ø | 76 |
| Core – length | at least +2 mm / max. +10 mm longer than the film width |
* For 500 mm film width, the L-version table is required.
Printed adhesive tape dispenser
.png)
The wrapping machine can be equipped with an adhesive tape dispenser, allowing the shipment to be securely closed and sealed immediately after wrapping.
Available versions:
- 50 mm
- 75 mm
Thanks to direct integration on the machine, the shipment can be secured smoothly without an additional work step.
| Tape width | 50 / 75 mm |
| Core | inner diameter Ø 76 mm |
| Roll length | max. 132 m |
Weighing system

The integrated weighing system enables accurate weighing of the shipment directly during the wrapping process. This eliminates the need to move the package to a separate scale and significantly speeds up the entire process.
Weighing takes place automatically without interrupting the work cycle, increasing both dispatch efficiency and accuracy. The measured weight can be shown on the display and simultaneously sent to external systems – such as ERP, a warehouse management system (WMS), or directly to the carrier's shipping software.
Integration enables automatic data transfer, minimises manual entry errors and ensures correct shipping charges based on the shipment's actual weight.
Conveyors
.png)
The wrapping machine can be extended with input and output roller conveyors, significantly simplifying shipment handling and speeding up the entire dispatch process.
The conveyors allow packages to be fed smoothly into the wrapping zone and moved away conveniently after wrapping, without unnecessary lifting or carrying.
Standard conveyor versions
- length 1,000 mm
- length 1,500 mm
- length 2,000 mm
On request, the conveyor can also be manufactured in a custom length to suit the facility layout.
Advanced configuration options
Motorised conveyors
They automate the movement of shipments to and from the machine without manual pushing. An ideal solution for higher wrapping capacity and smooth logistics.
Motorised conveyors with integrated weighing system
They enable automatic weighing of the shipment while it is being moved. The scale can be connected to ERP, WMS or a shipping system, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors.
Custom wrapping table
In addition to standard types, a wrapping table can be manufactured to suit a specific type of shipment, package dimensions or specific operating requirements.
WR V Conveyor
The WR V Conveyor is designed for simple and safe wrapping of long round items using WR machines. It keeps the wrapped item stable and in the required position throughout the process, thereby:
- increasing wrapping efficiency
- reducing physical strain on the operator
- improving film tension quality
- helping save packaging material
Continuous conveyor height adjustment enables optimal alignment with the wrapping machine and helps achieve high-quality, even film tension.
The WR V Conveyor is manufactured by W rent, allowing extensive customisation and technical adaptation to the customer's individual requirements.
Safety cover

The WR cover is made of solid transparent UV-stabilised polycarbonate sheet, offering high impact resistance and a wide operating temperature range from –40 °C to +135 °C.
The material is:
- extremely impact-resistant
- up to 50% lighter than glass
- fully transparent for visual process monitoring
- UV-stabilised for long service life
Thanks to these properties, the WR cover not only provides a safety function but also allows convenient and safe monitoring of the wrapping process without restricting visibility.
The robust construction and high-quality materials ensure long-term durability even in demanding operating conditions.
Maximum shipment protection during transport
Integrated protective packaging system
By combining bubble film, stretch film and adhesive tape, you create multi-layer protection that significantly reduces the risk of goods being damaged during handling and transport. Each layer performs an important function.
Impact cushioning and mechanical protection
Bubble film creates a protective layer that absorbs shocks, pressure and accidental drops. The shipment contents are therefore better protected against damage during warehouse handling and transport.
Protection against dust and moisture
Stretch film tightly encloses the shipment and creates a protective barrier against dust, moisture and dirt. The shipment remains clean and compact throughout the distribution process.
Secure sealing and tamper protection
Using standard, printed or security adhesive tape minimises the risk of unwanted opening of the shipment. This improves delivery integrity and protection of the contents.
