The Easy Wrap 2000 PB is a professional semi-automatic wrapping machine designed for wrapping palletised loads with stretch film. It features an integrated weighing system with six load cells, a weight display and an RS232 output for connecting a printer or processing the weighing data further.
It allows the pallet to be wrapped and weighed within a single process, saving time, reducing the number of handling operations and increasing dispatch efficiency. When combined with machine stretch film, adhesive tapes, protective corners, cardboard sheets or void-fill material, it provides a complete solution for secure shipment packaging.
Wrapping and weighing in a single cycle
The Easy Wrap 2000 PB uses either a mechanical brake or motorised stretch film pre-stretch to ensure optimal film tension and reduce film consumption. Smooth turntable acceleration using an inverter increases the stability of the wrapped load.
Easy operation
The PLC control system with a 7.2" colour touchscreen display makes it easy to configure all operating parameters, including the number of wraps, film carriage speed, turntable speed and photocell delay.
