The Easy Wrap 2000 PA is a professional semi-automatic wrapping machine designed for wrapping palletised loads with stretch film. It features an advanced weighing system with six load cells and a weight display with an RS232 output, allowing a printer to be connected and load weights to be recorded.
By combining wrapping and weighing in a single process, this model is ideal for logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and dispatch operations. When combined with machine stretch film, adhesive tapes, void-fill material or cardboard packaging, it ensures efficient, precise and secure shipment packaging.
Efficient wrapping and precise weight control
The machine allows the film tension to be controlled using either a mechanical brake or motorised pre-stretch. An inverter ensures smooth turntable acceleration, increasing load stability and safety during wrapping.
The PLC control system with a colour touchscreen display enables easy configuration of parameters such as film carriage speed, number of cycles and photocell detection delay.
