The Easy Wrap 2000 DWC is a professional semi-automatic wrapping machine designed for the vertical packaging of doors, windows, frames, glass components, furniture and other sensitive products. It allows bubble wrap, foam film and stretch film to be combined, providing excellent product protection during handling, storage and transport.
The machine is equipped with a roller conveyor featuring a lower locking system, ensuring stable product handling during wrapping. It is operated using a dual mobile foot pedal that controls the top press movement and the entire wrapping cycle.
Intelligent control and flexible settings
The PLC control system with a 7.2" colour touchscreen display enables precise configuration of all wrapping parameters, including the film carriage speed, number of cycles, photocell delay and wrapping mode. The machine supports several wrapping modes that can be adapted to the specific product.
