The Easy Wrap 2000 BW is a semi-automatic wrapping machine designed for the efficient wrapping of palletised loads using stretch film. It is suitable for warehouses, logistics centres and manufacturing facilities where wrapping speed, reliability and ease of operation are essential.
The machine features pallet truck access, allowing pallets to be loaded easily without an access ramp. When combined with Granat stretch film, foam film, cardboard sheets, stretch film dispensers, adhesive tapes or air-cushion void fill, it provides a complete solution for packaging and protecting goods.
Easy configuration and reliable performance
The Easy Wrap 2000 BW supports both manual and automatic operating cycles. The operator can configure the number of wraps around the bottom and top sections of the pallet, the turntable speed and the movement of the film carriage.
Film tension can be controlled using either a mechanical brake or motorised pre-stretch, helping optimise film consumption while increasing the stability of the wrapped load.
