The Easy Wrap 2000 B WC is a professional semi-automatic wrapping machine designed for the efficient wrapping of palletised loads with stretch film. Thanks to its electric top stabilising press, it holds the load firmly in place throughout the wrapping process, making it particularly suitable for lightweight, tall or unstable pallets.
The machine features pallet truck access, allowing pallets to be loaded easily without an access ramp. When combined with high-quality stretch film, cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, adhesive tapes, void-fill material or cardboard sheets, it provides a reliable solution for protecting goods during storage and transport.
Top press for increased stability
The electric top press stabilises the pallet during wrapping and prevents the load from moving while the turntable rotates. It is particularly suitable for lightweight, unstable or tall products.
Flexible settings and easy operation
The Easy Wrap 2000 B WC allows stretch film tension to be adjusted using either a mechanical brake or motorised pre-stretch. It supports both manual and automatic operating cycles and enables precise adjustment of the number of wraps around the bottom and top sections of the pallet.
The machine is controlled by a PLC system and a 7.2" colour touchscreen display, allowing easy programming, wrapping process monitoring and parameter adjustment according to the load type.
