The Easy Wrap 2000 B DW is a professional semi-automatic wrapping machine designed for the vertical packaging of doors, windows, shower enclosures, furniture and other sensitive products. Its special construction enables products that cannot be wrapped using conventional pallet wrapping machines to be packaged safely and efficiently.
When combined with stretch film, bubble wrap, foam film, cardboard sheets, void-fill material or adhesive tapes, it provides maximum product protection during handling, storage and transport.
Specially designed for vertical packaging
The Easy Wrap 2000 B DW allows the stretch film to be attached manually before the product is wrapped automatically. Height-adjustable limit switches ensure that the carriage stops precisely and that the wrapping cycle starts automatically at the selected height.
Dual carriage for maximum product protection
The machine is equipped with a dual carriage that allows stretch film to be used together with protective foam film or bubble wrap (Pluriball). This provides exceptionally secure packaging suitable even for glass or painted surfaces.
