The Easy Wrap 2000 AC is a professional semi-automatic wrapping machine designed for securely wrapping palletised loads with stretch film. Thanks to its electric top stabilising press, it holds the load firmly in place during wrapping, significantly increasing the stability of lightweight, tall or unstable pallets.
The machine is an ideal solution for manufacturing plants, logistics centres, warehouses and dispatch areas. When combined with high-quality stretch film, cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, adhesive tapes, void-fill material or cardboard sheets, it provides a complete solution for protecting goods during storage and transport.
Top press for maximum load stability
The electric top press reliably stabilises the load throughout the wrapping process. It is particularly suitable for tall, lightweight or unstable pallets that could move or tip over during wrapping.
Flexible settings and easy operation
The Easy Wrap 2000 AC allows the stretch film tension to be adjusted using either a mechanical brake or motorised pre-stretch. The PLC control system and 7.2" colour touchscreen display make it easy to configure all wrapping parameters according to the specific product type.
