The Easy Wrap 2000 A DW is a professional semi-automatic wrapping machine designed for the vertical packaging of doors, windows, shower enclosures, furniture, glass panels and other large products. Its special construction enables the safe and efficient packaging of products that cannot be wrapped using conventional pallet wrapping machines.
During packaging, stretch film can be combined with bubble wrap, foam film, cardboard sheets, void-fill material or adhesive tapes. This provides maximum product protection during handling, storage and transport.
Specially designed for vertical packaging
The Easy Wrap 2000 A DW enables tall and narrow products to be safely wrapped in a vertical position. The operator simply attaches the film, starts the selected programme and the machine automatically performs the entire wrapping cycle. Height-adjustable limit switches ensure that the carriage stops precisely at the preset position.
Dual carriage for maximum product protection
The machine is equipped with a dual-roll carriage that allows stretch film to be combined with protective materials such as foam film or bubble wrap (Pluriball). The resulting multi-layer packaging significantly increases the protection of sensitive products during transport and storage.
Intuitive operation
The PLC control system and 7.2" colour touchscreen display allow all wrapping parameters to be configured easily, including the number of wraps, rotation speed, carriage movement and individual wrapping programmes.
