Semi-automatic strapping machine for vertical pallet strapping
TP-602MV is a mobile semi-automatic strapping machine designed for the efficient vertical strapping of palletised goods using PP and PET strapping. Thanks to its telescopic strap feeder, it enables pallets to be secured quickly without requiring them to be lifted or moved.
The device is ideal for logistics centres, warehouses, production facilities and distribution companies requiring a reliable and flexible solution for strapping different types of palletised goods.
Fast strap feeding underneath the pallet
The TP-602MV is equipped with a 1,000 mm telescopic feeder that automatically feeds the strap underneath the pallet at the press of a button. This system significantly reduces strapping time and the operator’s physical effort.
Once the strap has been placed around the load, it is inserted back into the machine, which automatically tensions, welds and cuts the strap. The strap can also be tensioned manually if required.
Flexible solution for different load types
The machine is compatible with both PP strapping and PET strapping and supports different strap widths depending on the application requirements.
Thanks to its adjustable tensioning force of up to 1,500 N, it is suitable for securing cardboard boxes, construction materials, industrial products, palletised shipments and bulky goods.
