TP 900 represents a modern generation of semi-automatic strapping machines designed for the vertical strapping of palletised goods using PP or PET strapping. Thanks to its advanced construction, intelligent controls and high reliability, it is an ideal solution for logistics centres, production facilities, warehouses and distribution centres.
The device enables pallets of various dimensions to be secured quickly and precisely without difficult handling. When combined with high-quality strapping, strap protectors or stretch film, it creates a complete load-securing system for storage and transport.

The TP 900 uses an upgraded internal construction with a dual-motor control system, ensuring smooth operation and high operational reliability even under intensive use.
The three-section lifting mechanism and split rotary head significantly simplify servicing while increasing strapping precision.
Flexible solution for different pallet types
The telescopic arm enables pallets with a minimum height of 400 mm to be strapped. The maximum pallet width is up to 2,000 mm, allowing the device to be used with a wide range of products and loads.
Compatibility with both PP and PET strapping provides flexibility when selecting the appropriate strapping material for each load type.
Intelligent controls and high precision
The clear control panel with a large display enables all device functions to be adjusted easily. Dual encoder sensing ensures excellent precision and reliability during every strapping cycle.
The enlarged transparent strapping window provides better visibility of the strapping process and increases operator comfort.
Laser positioning system included as standard
