Semi-automatic strap feeder for efficient strapping
W Feeder is a semi-automatic vertical strap feeder designed to make manual strapping processes more efficient in logistics, production and dispatch operations. When combined with a manual pneumatic strapping tool, it enables the strap to be fed around the packaged product quickly and conveniently.
This system is ideal for conveyor lines where strapping speed and the easy handling of products of various shapes are essential. For a complete strapping solution, we recommend combining the device with products from the strapping category or professional tools from the strapping tools category.
Efficient solution for conveyor lines
The W Feeder guides the strap around the product quickly and precisely without requiring the operator to feed it manually. This system significantly speeds up the strapping process and reduces physical effort during operation.

Compatible with PP and PET strapping
The device is compatible with polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) straps with widths of 12, 16 or 19 mm. These straps are commonly used for securing goods on pallets and packages during transport.
To protect packaged goods, we also recommend using strap protectors. For additional shipment protection, stretch film or protective bubble wrap can also be used.
