SIAT PS50T/B – semi-automatic case sealer with an automatic case erector
SIAT PS50T/B is a professional semi-automatic case sealer with an integrated automatic case erector that significantly speeds up the entire packaging process. Automatically erecting and subsequently sealing the case within a single operating cycle can save operators up to 50% of their time compared with manual case assembly.
The machine is designed for manufacturing facilities, logistics centres, warehouses and e-commerce operations with higher dispatch volumes. Combined with cardboard boxes, adhesive tapes, stretch films, void-fill materials and self-adhesive labels, it provides a complete solution for professional shipment packaging.
Automatic case erecting and sealing
SIAT PS50T/B automatically erects the case from a flat blank, closes the bottom flaps and seals the bottom using two SIAT K11R taping heads. Once the case has been filled, it also seals the top. The entire process significantly reduces packaging time and minimises manual operator work.
