The SmartWasp X0PS is a modern automatic wrapping machine designed for fast, reliable and cost-effective pallet wrapping using stretch film. It is intended for manufacturing plants, logistics centres, warehouses and dispatch areas where high load stability must be ensured during handling, storage and transport.
Thanks to its intelligent control system, automatic pallet height detection, film pre-stretch of up to 300% and intuitive touchscreen controls, it significantly reduces film consumption, accelerates the wrapping process and increases productivity.
A modern solution for efficient wrapping
The SmartWasp X0PS uses a new-generation intelligent PCB control system that ensures smooth machine operation, precise control of individual movements and easy diagnostics. The operator can easily configure all wrapping parameters, including the number of wraps, turntable speed and stretch film pre-stretch level.
The robust steel construction and high-quality industrial components ensure excellent reliability, even during continuous operation.
Stretch film pre-stretch of up to 300%
The motorised pre-stretch carriage stretches the film by up to 300%, significantly reducing packaging material consumption while ensuring secure and consistent wrapping across the entire pallet.
Rubber-coated rollers maintain constant film tension without damaging the packaging or labels.
Programme memory for fast operation
The touchscreen control panel allows up to six frequently used wrapping programmes to be stored. The operator can therefore start the required cycle with a single touch without having to reconfigure the parameters.
Intelligent PCB control
The control system uses four independent processors to ensure fast data processing, highly precise movements and easier machine diagnostics. The result is reliable operation, even during intensive use.
Robust construction
The single-piece aluminium mast and modular construction provide excellent strength, easy installation and a long machine service life. The dual-chain lifting mechanism ensures smooth film carriage movement, even during intensive operation.
