PKG WINGWRAP – Semi-Automatic Rotary Arm Wrapping Machine
PKG WINGWRAP is a high-performance semi-automatic rotary arm wrapping machine designed for professionally wrapping palletised loads in stretch film. Thanks to its rotary arm technology, the pallet remains stationary during the wrapping process, making the machine ideal for heavy, tall, unstable or sensitive loads that should not be rotated.
The machine features automatic stretch-film finishing, simplifying the operator’s work, reducing wrapping time and increasing productivity. Combined with machine stretch film, cardboard layer pads, protective corners and edges, strapping, paper adhesive tapes or void-fill material, it provides a complete system for protecting goods during storage and transport.
Advanced Control and High Performance
PKG WINGWRAP uses microprocessor control with a Siemens S7-1200 PLC, allowing precise adjustment of all wrapping process parameters. Independent film tension control during individual wrapping stages ensures optimal load stability and high wrapping quality while reducing stretch-film consumption.
