PKG SMARTWRAP is a semi-automatic wrapping machine designed to make wrapping palletised loads in stretch film as easy as possible for the operator. The operator simply places the pallet on the turntable and starts the wrapping cycle. The machine then automatically applies the film, wraps the pallet, cuts the film and seals its end, preventing it from unwinding during handling and transport.
The wrapping process can also be started using a remote control directly from the forklift truck, significantly improving operator comfort, workplace safety and productivity. Combined with machine stretch film, cardboard layer pads, protective corners and edges, strapping, paper adhesive tapes or void-fill material, it provides a complete solution for securely wrapping and protecting palletised goods.
