PKG NIMBLY – Semi-Automatic Rotary Arm Wrapping Machine for Stable and Unstable Pallets
PKG NIMBLY is a professional semi-automatic wrapping machine with a rotary arm, designed for efficiently wrapping palletised loads with stretch film. Unlike conventional turntable wrapping machines, the pallet remains stationary during wrapping while only the arm carrying the film rotates. This makes it an ideal solution for heavy, tall, unstable or easily deformable loads that cannot be safely rotated.
The machine is designed for manufacturing companies, logistics centres, warehouses and distribution companies. Combined with stretch film, cardboard layer pads, protective corners and edges, strapping, adhesive tapes or void-fill material, it provides a complete solution for safely securing and protecting goods during handling and transport.

PKG NIMBLY uses a modern microprocessor control system that allows precise adjustment of all wrapping parameters. A photocell automatically detects the pallet height and optimises the entire wrapping cycle. The arm rotation speed, film carriage speed and number of wraps at the top and bottom of the pallet can all be adjusted independently.
