Motorised expandable roller conveyor
The motorised expandable roller conveyor is designed to move cardboard boxes, parcels and other individual items in logistics centres, warehouses and manufacturing facilities. Its scissor-style frame can be extended or retracted to suit the required conveying distance.
It is particularly useful for loading and unloading trucks, dispatch areas and connecting workstations. The conveyor can follow straight or curved routes, including turns of up to 180°.
Flexible layout for logistics operations
The expandable frame lets operators adjust the conveyor’s length as work areas change. It can also be arranged in curves where a straight conveying route is impractical.
Controlled parcel movement
The slip roller system helps accommodate differences in speed between handling operations. It supports a steady flow of boxes, crates and other individual items.
Motorised drive and easy positioning
A 36 W brushless motor (24 V DC) drives 10 to 12 rollers. Continuously adjustable speed allows the conveyor to be set for the application.
Swivel castors make the unit easy to reposition, while brakes secure it in place during operation.
