Robo Wrap 600 A is a self-propelled robotic wrapping machine designed for professionally wrapping palletised loads with stretch film. Unlike conventional wrapping machines, it moves around the pallet, eliminating the need to place heavy, oversized or unstable loads on a rotating turntable.
Thanks to its mobile design, it is ideal for manufacturing plants, warehouses, logistics centres and dispatch facilities that need to wrap pallets of various sizes, shapes and weights.
Pallet Wrapping Without Weight Restrictions
Because Robo Wrap 600 A travels around the pallet using its own electric drive, it is not restricted by the load capacity of a turntable. It can efficiently wrap extremely heavy, oversized or unstable pallets directly at their storage location.
Simple Operation
The machine is equipped with a 7.2" colour touchscreen and a Siemens PLC control system. The operator can easily set the number of wraps, robot travel speed and carriage lifting speed or save up to 10 user programs.
