ITA 12 is a professional pneumatic strapping tool designed for polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) strapping. Thanks to its high tensioning force, it is ideal for strapping medium-weight to heavy loads in logistics centres, warehouses and industrial facilities.

High tensioning force and a strong friction-weld joint
The ITA 12 delivers a maximum tensioning force of up to 6,000 N, enabling heavier packages and palletised goods to be secured safely. The friction-weld joint provides a strong and reliable strap connection without requiring seals.
The weld cooling indicator informs the operator when the strap can be safely placed under load. This improves both joint quality and safety during load handling.
Efficient strapping powered by compressed air
The pneumatic drive ensures consistent performance, smooth strap tensioning and high reliability, even under repeated use. A tensioning speed of 6 m/min is suitable for the precise strapping of heavier shipments where joint strength and tension control are essential.
The reverse function enables the strap to be released easily when required, simplifying the operator’s work and reducing packaging downtime.
