PKG MOTION 2.0 – the new generation of mobile wrapping robots
PKG MOTION 2.0 is an improved version of the mobile wrapping robot designed for flexible pallet wrapping directly at the required location. It retains the advantages of the original PKG MOTION while providing greater operator comfort, improved ergonomics and advanced features for more efficient packaging automation.
Thanks to its battery-powered and self-propelled system, pallets do not need to be moved to a stationary wrapping machine. The robot is simply moved to the pallet, the operator attaches the stretch film, selects a programme and the machine automatically performs the entire wrapping cycle.

The PKG MOTION 2.0 provides an automatic wrapping cycle with the option of even greater automation using the ZEPHYR film applicator. This solution enables operator-free film application and further reduces the amount of manual work required.
