PKG EDDY automatic pallet wrapping machine for high-performance packaging lines
The PKG EDDY is a fully automatic rotary-arm wrapping machine designed for high-capacity pallet wrapping in manufacturing plants, logistics centres and dispatch warehouses. Thanks to automatic stretch film clamping, cutting and sealing, it provides a completely operator-free wrapping cycle and maximum productivity.
The machine is available in EDDY, EDDY BIG and EDDY DOUBLE versions, allowing it to be adapted to specific pallet dimensions and the required operating capacity. When combined with high-quality stretch film, protective corner profiles or void-fill material, it ensures maximum pallet load stability during storage and transport.
Fully automatic wrapping cycle
The PKG EDDY performs the entire wrapping process automatically. Once the pallet reaches the wrapping position, the machine clamps the stretch film, performs the programmed number of rotations, cuts and seals the film, and prepares itself for the next operating cycle without operator intervention.
Automation significantly reduces wrapping time, minimises film consumption and increases the productivity of the entire packaging line.
Maximum configuration flexibility
The PKG EDDY can be equipped with several optional systems according to the requirements of the operation. Available options include an electromagnetic brake, motorised film pre-stretch, a dual film carriage and a stabilising top press for safely wrapping unstable pallets.
The EDDY DOUBLE model uses two stretch film carriages, significantly reducing the duration of each wrapping cycle.
