Semi-automatic strapping machine for vertical pallet strapping
Pallet Strap T45 is a professional semi-automatic strapping machine designed for the efficient vertical strapping of palletised goods using PP strapping. Thanks to its compact design, simple operation and electronic strap tensioning, it is an ideal solution for warehouses, logistics centres and production facilities.
Its modern construction uses DC motors to control all the machine’s main functions. Compared with conventional strapping equipment, it contains over 30% fewer mechanical components, resulting in greater reliability, lower maintenance requirements and a longer service life.
Easy strap feeding underneath the pallet
The machine is equipped with a 1,070 mm folding guide lance, enabling the strap to be fed easily underneath the pallet without difficult handling. This system significantly speeds up the strapping process while reducing the operator’s physical effort.
The electronic strap tension can be adjusted precisely using a potentiometer on the control panel, enabling optimal settings for different load types.
Simple adjustment and comfortable operation
The analogue control panel enables easy adjustment of all important strapping parameters, including the strap tensioning force, sealing blade temperature, joint cooling time and strap feed length.
The patented easyfast® system provides quick access to the strap guides and significantly simplifies servicing and routine equipment maintenance.
Mobile construction for flexible use
The Pallet Strap T45 is equipped with three wheels, enabling the machine to be moved easily within the facility. The stainless-steel side worktable also increases comfort when working with and handling the strap.
For complete securing of palletised shipments, we recommend combining the device with high-quality strapping, protective strap protectors or stretch film.
