Pallet Strap T150 is a professional semi-automatic strapping machine designed for the efficient strapping of palletised goods using PP or PET strapping. Thanks to its electrically extendable guide lance, the strap can be fed easily underneath the pallet without lifting the load or requiring difficult handling.

Easy strap feeding underneath the pallet
The machine’s main advantage is its electrically retractable guide lance, which is more than 1,000 mm long and enables the strap to be fed underneath the pallet quickly and easily. The operator does not need to feed the strap underneath the load manually, significantly reducing physical effort and speeding up the entire strapping process.
This solution is particularly ideal for the everyday strapping of larger quantities of pallets.
Precise adjustment of strapping parameters
The Pallet Strap T150 features electronic controls that enable all important strapping parameters to be adjusted. The operator can easily regulate the strap tensioning force, sealing blade temperature, joint cooling time and strap feed length.
The tensioning force can be adjusted from 5 to 150 kg, enabling both light and heavy pallet loads to be secured safely.
Mobile construction and high reliability
The machine is equipped with four swivel castors, two of which feature brakes. This enables the device to be moved easily according to the current operational requirements.
The motors operate only during the strapping cycle, reducing energy consumption and extending the service life of the mechanical components.
