Mobile shrink column for fast pallet packaging without load handling
RIPACK TURBOPACK is a professional mobile shrink column designed for packaging pallets using heat-shrinkable LDPE film. The machine moves around the load, eliminating the need to transfer heavy, oversized or unstable pallets to a packaging station. It provides an efficient alternative to manual shrink guns and costly automated packaging lines.
When combined with LDPE shrink film, cover films and stretch film, it provides reliable protection against moisture, UV radiation, dust and mechanical damage during storage and transport.
Ideal for large, long and unstable pallets
Unlike conventional packaging machines, TURBOPACK does not require conveyors, turntables or other peripheral equipment. It can package pallets of virtually unlimited length and width up to a height of 3.2 m, making it ideal for construction materials, wooden products, steel structures, machinery, technical equipment and oversized loads.
Exceptional performance and packaging speed
The new heating-column design generates a powerful stream of hot air, ensuring even shrinkage of thicker films. The machine can package a standard EURO pallet in approximately 45–50 seconds, regardless of its height, significantly increasing packaging productivity.
Simple adjustment without programming
The heating height and output can be easily adjusted using shut-off valves and a heat reflector. No complex programming or extensive operator training is required, significantly reducing the time needed to commission the machine.
Maximum operational safety
TURBOPACK is equipped with a two-stage ignition system, a double safety handle that automatically shuts off the gas supply when released, safety valves on the gas cylinders and guide wheels that maintain a safe distance from the pallet. This ensures safe and reliable operation even under intensive use.
Economical operation with high autonomy
The mobile trolley accommodates up to three 13 kg gas cylinders, providing extended operation without frequent replacement. A single gas cylinder is sufficient to package more than 95 pallets, significantly reducing operating costs while maintaining high productivity.
