Matic Sealer 85 SC is a fully automatic packaging machine designed for professional packaging of products in shrink film. Its high performance, robust construction and intelligent control system make it an ideal solution for manufacturing companies, logistics centres and distribution facilities with demanding productivity requirements.

For maximum packaging quality, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.

Fully automatic packaging process

Products are automatically fed by conveyor into the packaging area, where photocells detect their position and initiate the complete packaging cycle. Product feeding, film unwinding, longitudinal and cross sealing, and discharge of the finished package are performed entirely automatically without operator intervention.

Precise centre sealing for high-quality packaging

The 85 SC uses a motorised centre-sealing system together with a high-quality PTFE sealing bar. The result is a strong, clean and neat seal that reliably protects products during handling, storage and transport.

Modern FLXMOD® control system

The intuitive FLXMOD® control system with a 4.3" colour LCD display allows all operating parameters, including conveyor speed, sealing time and temperature, to be configured easily. Up to 20 operating programs can be stored in the memory, significantly accelerating machine changeovers when switching between products.

Maximum production flexibility

Automatic sealing-bar height adjustment enables products of different sizes to be packaged without time-consuming setup. The machine is suitable for both individual and grouped packaging and can be easily integrated into automatic packaging lines.
