Automatic shrink-wrapping machine for efficient industrial packaging
Matic Sealer 65 E is a fully automatic L-sealing shrink-wrapping machine designed for fast and reliable packaging of products in shrink film. Thanks to automatic product feeding, electronically controlled L-sealing and compatibility with a shrink tunnel, it is an ideal solution for manufacturing facilities, logistics centres, e-shops and distribution warehouses with demanding productivity requirements.
For high-quality packaging results, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.
Fully automatic packaging process
The conveyor automatically feeds products into the packaging area, where photocells detect their presence and initiate the complete operating cycle. The machine automatically unwinds the film, performs precise L-sealing and then transfers the packaged product into a shrink tunnel or onto an outfeed conveyor. The entire process takes place without manual operator intervention.
Precise L-sealing with high reliability
The motorised sealing bar with a PTFE coating creates a strong, clean and consistent seal. Electronic control of the sealing-bar movement contributes to high packaging quality, a long machine service life and optimal film utilisation.
Modern FLXMOD® control system
The FLXMOD® control system with PLC and a 4.3" colour LCD touchscreen allows all packaging parameters to be configured easily. Up to 20 operating programs can be stored in the internal memory, significantly accelerating production changeovers when packaging different products.
Designed for continuous operation
The robust steel construction, high-quality industrial components and reliable drive system enable long-term continuous operation with minimal maintenance requirements. Matic Sealer 65 E is suitable for integration into automatic packaging lines.
Wide range of applications
The machine is suitable for packaging food products, cosmetics, household and personal care products, pharmaceutical products, electronics, printed materials, household goods and industrial products. The shrink film creates a strong protective covering that protects products against dust, moisture and mechanical damage during storage and transport.
