Automatic shrink-wrapping machine for high-performance packaging lines
Matic Sealer 65 is a fully automatic L-sealing shrink-wrapping machine designed for high-capacity product packaging in industrial facilities, logistics centres, e-shops and distribution warehouses. Automatic product feeding, precise L-sealing and compatibility with a shrink tunnel ensure high productivity, reliable operation and consistent packaging quality.
For maximum packaging quality, we recommend using shrink films, LDPE films or other packaging materials.
Fully automatic packaging process
Products are automatically fed by conveyor into the packaging area, where photocells detect their presence and initiate the complete operating cycle. The machine automatically unwinds the film, performs the L-sealing operation and then transfers the product into a shrink tunnel or onto an outfeed conveyor. The entire process takes place without operator intervention, significantly increasing production efficiency.
Precise L-sealing for perfect packaging
The motorised L-sealing bar with a Teflon coating creates a strong, neat seal with high reliability, even during continuous operation. The electronically controlled movement of the sealing bar ensures consistent packaging quality and minimises film consumption.
Modern FLXMOD® control system
The FLXMOD® control system with PLC and a 4.3" colour LCD display allows all operating parameters to be configured easily. Up to 20 operating programs can be stored in the internal memory, significantly accelerating production changeovers when packaging different products.
Designed for continuous operation
The robust steel construction, high-performance conveyors and high-quality industrial components enable long-term continuous operation with minimal maintenance requirements. Matic Sealer 65 is suitable for automatic packaging lines with high production volumes.
Wide range of applications
The machine is suitable for packaging food products, cosmetics, household and personal care products, pharmaceutical products, electronics, printed materials, toys, household goods and industrial products. When combined with a shrink tunnel, it creates a strong protective covering that protects products against dust, moisture and mechanical damage during storage and transport.
