The machine enables pallets of various dimensions to be wrapped quickly without restrictions on their length or width. For maximum load stability, we recommend using high-quality stretch film and complementing it with suitable packaging materials or void-fill material.
Simple and Flexible Wrapping
PKG IRONMAN is operated manually using ergonomic handlebars. The film carriage is moved by a reliable chain drive that requires minimal maintenance and ensures a long service life.
The mechanical brake enables easy adjustment of the film tension to suit the type of goods being wrapped. The machine also supports pre-stretched film, helping to reduce packaging material consumption.
Pallet Wrapping Without Dimensional Restrictions
Unlike conventional turntable wrapping machines, PKG IRONMAN is not restricted by the length or width of the pallet. The only limitation is the maximum load height of 2,100 mm, allowing it to wrap a wide range of products, including non-standard pallets.
For complete protection of goods during transport, we also recommend using adhesive tapes, foam profiles or bubble wrap.
